Business Analyst (SAP) (1-Year Renewable Contract)

We are partnering with a leading banking client to hire an experienced Functional Business Analyst to support large-scale SAP migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for SAP-to-SAP migration projects
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including impact analysis, UAT, and implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consulting partners to ensure smooth migration
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst
• Proven experience supporting SAP migration (SAP to SAP preferred)
• Prior consulting experience is mandatory
• Experience within banking or financial services is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, complex project environments
