Product & Delivery Manager (Digital Products / IAMS)

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product & Delivery Manager to lead the development and continuous enhancement of secure digital platforms, including large-scale file transfer solutions and Identity & Access Management Systems (IAMS).

This role sits at the intersection of product, delivery, and stakeholder management, requiring a strong balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Delivery Management

• Plan and manage product budgets to ensure alignment with organisational goals and outcomes
• Establish reporting frameworks and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and scalability
• Oversee delivery timelines, ensuring high-quality product releases within agreed milestones
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks proactively
• Conduct regular product audits to ensure performance, compliance, and quality standards are met
• Partner closely with Product Managers and engineering teams to run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Provide ongoing product support, ensuring issues and defects are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
• Assess the impact and feasibility of business or policy changes on product performance and roadmap

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Engage and manage stakeholders across both technical and non-technical domains
• Set clear expectations on delivery scope, timelines, and quality
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Analysis, Research & Reporting

• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Conduct market research and stakeholder interviews to identify opportunities and solution gaps
• Define success metrics and build dashboards to track product performance
• Perform post-release analysis to drive continuous product improvement
• Evaluate change requests and assess feasibility, impact, and alignment with product objectives

Strategic Oversight

• Oversee end-to-end operations of Identity & Access Management Systems (IAMS), including vendor and contract management
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance meet organisational expectations
• Proactively manage project and cybersecurity risks
• Align product capabilities with evolving business and security requirements

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner within Agile environments
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, CSM) are preferred
• Business Analysis or Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are advantageous

Experience

• Proven experience in product management, IT business analysis, and/or application delivery
• End-to-end experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Exposure to secure systems, enterprise platforms, or identity/access management solutions is a plus
