Product Manager (Digital Products)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology solutions provider to hire a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of impactful digital products and transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about solving real business problems, driving product strategy, and delivering meaningful user outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to take products from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, strategic thinking, user empathy, and execution capability within a fast-paced product environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem identification and discovery to launch and continuous optimisation
• Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to understand business challenges, user pain points, and opportunity areas
• Define clear problem statements, product vision, and strategic direction aligned with business goals
• Develop business cases and proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in, funding, and resource allocation

Product Planning & Delivery

• Define product success metrics and establish dashboards to monitor performance and outcomes
• Identify hypotheses, prioritise initiatives, and develop product strategies to achieve measurable business impact
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across business, product, and engineering teams
• Work closely with designers and software engineers to design, develop, test, and release product features and enhancements

Stakeholder & User Management

• Engage business stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Drive user adoption initiatives and gather feedback to improve product usability and effectiveness
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Continuous Improvement & Product Optimisation

• Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and business outcomes to guide decision-making
• Continuously iterate and improve products based on data insights, user feedback, and evolving business needs
• Drive agile product delivery practices and contribute to product management best practices across teams

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and driving measurable business outcomes
• End-to-end experience working with design, engineering, and business teams to build and launch products
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile delivery, and user-centric product development
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business and technical functions

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making abilities

• Confluence
• JIRA
• Balsamiq
• Other product management, collaboration, or prototyping tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with the following qualifications or certifications will have an added advantage:
• Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or related diploma/degree
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Product Owner certifications
• Business Analysis certifications
• Experience working on digital transformation or enterprise technology projects
