IT Business Analyst

Job Scope:

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and delivery of IT solutions to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure systems fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to system improvements
• Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Support the documentation of system requirements, user manuals, and technical documentation
• Handle routine project tasks and decisions independently, while escalating more complex matters to senior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science) or a related field
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience leading or contributing to full-cycle implementation of medium to large-scale IT or OT systems as a Technical SME or Project Manager
