Engineer (After sales, technical support)

Job scope:

• Provide technical support on steam trap selection, sizing, and applications
• Troubleshoot steam system issues and recommend solutions
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and site visits
• Support sales team with proposals, quotations, and product presentations
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and after-sales service
• Conduct steam trap audits and prepare technical reports
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Steam trap products experience
• Customer service experience
• Engineering related experience
• Basic + Transport Allowance + Handphone Allowance
• Good career progression
