Job Description
Junior in-house contracting role - 6 months - overflow of work
An MNC is looking for a junior counsel to assist their legal team, based here in Singapore.
You will work on general commercial contract matters such as: NDAs (drafting and negotiating), vendor onboarding, templates, code of conduct, and the like.
This role can be done largely from home.* However it is advised to come into the office occasionally to get familiar with the teams and systems.
*not remote.
This role is great for anyone that has commercial contracting experience and is around ~1-5PQE.
