Part-time contract role - general commercial work - 2 full days a week or 4 half days as preferred A European MNC is looking for a commercial lawyer to step in on a part‑time basis to support the legal team with overflow work across APAC (and some EMEA). This is a great contract role for lawyers around the 5–10 PQE mark who want flexibility without stepping away from interesting, general commercial, legal work. The role is 2 days a week (or 4 half days) on an initial 6‑month contract, and is very much about autonomy and ownership: you will be brought in to take weight off the team fairly independently. You will be drafting and reviewing a wide range of contracts (from leases and vendor agreements through to partnerships), handling customer‑related issues, managing a live litigation portfolio, supporting new market entries in regions like Japan and the Middle East, and assisting with new product launches. This would suit someone who is efficient, detail‑oriented and comfortable working across jurisdictions.
