About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to oversee the delivery of key IT initiatives across regional operations. The successful candidate will manage multiple technology projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure all solutions meet business, operational, and compliance requirements. This role suits a hands‑on leader with a strong understanding of enterprise systems and global project environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycle, including scoping, scheduling, resource planning, risk management, and implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans proactively to address delays, risks, or roadblocks.

2. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular project review meetings, providing clear and structured status updates.
  • Engage with regional and global teams when necessary to ensure alignment on systems, standards, and integration needs.

3. Technical Oversight

  • Review technical designs, system specifications, and integration workflows.
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
  • Ensure IT projects meet internal standards for quality, cybersecurity, and compliance.

4. Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage third‑party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet contractual commitments.
  • Track project expenses and work within approved budgets.
  • Support procurement activities such as tender evaluations and cost comparisons.

5. Documentation & Governance

  • Prepare project charters, business requirements, timelines, and post‑implementation reports.
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks and data protection requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related discipline.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master are advantageous.

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally within a regional or multinational environment.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM, infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation, or system integration projects.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, healthcare technology, or optical/life sciences industries is a plus (optional based on your company's profile).

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality outcomes under timeline pressure.
