This position offers an opportunity to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative for a multi-national organization in the healthcare technology domain. You will design intuitive mobile and web application experiences that enhance operational workflows and improve data-driven decision making for users across clinical and technical environments. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on usability, interaction design, and iterative improvements guided by real user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and translate insights into persona-driven design outcomes

• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with functional goals

• Facilitate usability testing and incorporate findings to optimize user experience

• Present design recommendations clearly to stakeholders across multiple locations

• Support continuous improvement of design standards, accessibility, and design system usage

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile and/or web platforms

• Strong proficiency in Figma for prototyping and visual design

• Excellent communication skills in English to work with global teams

• Ability to turn user needs into intuitive interaction patterns and workflows

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional delivery teams

• Healthcare project exposure is a plus
