Business Analyst (Fintech)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product team, supporting the delivery of seamless trading experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-impact product features.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and workflows

• Support end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation → launch → iteration)

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback

• Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals

• Define KPIs and track product performance post-launch

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros)

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early

Requirements

• ~2+ years of experience in Business Analyst / Product / Project roles (preferably in trading/fintech)

• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Basic knowledge of trading platforms / financial markets is a plus

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma is advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
