Job Description
Summary
The Operations Assistant (Equipment Build-Up) is responsible for working as a team and fulfil the airlines requirements, minimizing customers complains and ensure on time delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Pack required quantity of cutlery sets according to airline specifications.
• Pack flight sets of China wares, galley equipment and tray sets according to airline specifications.
• Inform Supervisor to raise Store Requisition to MST or DBS for necessary materials required for packing and build-up of cutleries, flight sets of Chinawares, galley equipment and tray sets.
• Report to the Duty Supervisor or OIC on any irregularities pertaining to the flight build-up or cutlery packing of a specific airline.
• Always maintain good and proper housekeeping.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedure
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Requirements
• Minimum N or O level / ITE
• Physically fit to carry heavy load
