Role Overview:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly versatile IT Services Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, configuring, and supporting both internal and client IT infrastructures. This role requires strong hands-on experience in cloud platforms, SaaS systems, and modern enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of researching, implementing, and supporting new solutions aligned with business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

  • Manage, configure, monitor, and maintain AWS infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, security).
  • Support and administer Azure environments when required.
  • Maintain system reliability, performance, availability, and security across platforms.
  • Handle provisioning, patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Systems Administration & Maintenance

  • Administer internal and external client environments.
  • Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with company standards and best practices.
  • Monitor system health and resolve incidents proactively.

Platform & SaaS Support

  • Support platforms such as OutSystems ODC and other SaaS solutions.
  • Configure integrations, user access, and system settings.
  • Assist in deployment, updates, and performance optimization.

Implementation & Technical Research

  • Research new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve operations and services.
  • Assist in planning and implementing new infrastructure or automation initiatives.
  • Recommend scalable and cost-effective architecture solutions.

Client Support & SLA Compliance

  • Provide technical support for client environments.
  • Ensure all requests and incidents are handled within SLA timelines.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation guides.

Operational Readiness

  • Participate in after-hours support or maintenance when required.
  • Respond to urgent incidents and system outages as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure administration
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with OutSystems ODC, Saleforce, ServiceNow or similar application platforms
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, and identity/access management
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture principles
  • Experience in monitoring tools, logging systems, and automation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple technologies and environments
  • Excellent communication skills for client coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or cloud technologies
  • Experience supporting multiple client infrastructures
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, scripting, or IaC tools (Terraform, etc.)
  • Experience working in an IT solutions provider or system integrator environment
