We are a dynamic technology company headquartered in Singapore, with ambitious growth plans. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to strengthen our finance function, ensure compliance, and support our expansion journey.

The Role

As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a strategic backbone of the finance team. You will be responsible for:

• Leading all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Developing and implementing robust internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
• Providing financial insights to guide strategic decision‑making and expansion initiatives.
• Liaising with auditors and other professional advisors.
• Advising on corporate governance, regulatory obligations, and best‑practice compliance.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines strong technical expertise with strategic vision:

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, with a recognised professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a mid‑sized organisation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and engage effectively at all levels.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with high integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
• Relevant IT industry experience; exposure to ERP systems and Power BI will be an advantage.
