About the Role
We are seeking a commercially driven and service-oriented Business Development professional to drive VIP player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within a dynamic gaming environment. This role is responsible for cultivating high-value player relationships, managing credit facilities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
This position may be offered at Executive, Assistant Manager, or Manager level depending on the candidate’s experience and track record.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Identify, acquire, and develop new VIP players to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Drive player retention strategies through proactive relationship management and personalised engagement
• Analyse player performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to expand market share
VIP Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value players through tailored service and consistent engagement
• Host guests and ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery
• Anticipate and respond to players’ needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Gather feedback to continuously improve service standards and player experience
Credit & Risk Management
• Assess and manage credit lines in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor player accounts, payment patterns, and credit exposure
• Ensure prudent risk management while balancing commercial objectives
Operations & Compliance
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department
• Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory, AML, and internal control requirements
• Adhere to established SOPs and service standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, compliance, and marketing teams
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the gaming, casino, hospitality, or premium luxury service industry
• Strong track record in VIP client acquisition and relationship management
• Experience in credit management within a regulated environment is highly advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
