About Our Client:
Our client is a leading retail brand specializing in premium coffee machines, capsules, and accessories. They are seeking a customer-focused Coffee Specialist to deliver exceptional service and promote their high-quality coffee products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, contributing to a positive shopping environment.
• Understand customer preferences to offer personalized product recommendations and enhance their shopping experience.
• Master detailed product knowledge across over 60 coffee capsule SKUs, including intensity, origin, flavour notes, and taste profiles.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on coffee machines and brewing techniques.
• Guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions and help them navigate product choices.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store remains organized and clean.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and consistently provide excellent customer service.
Key Requirements:
• A passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about premium coffee products.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
