Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive business strategy through financial analysis, modelling, and performance evaluation.
• Assess new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Financial Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead FP&A activities, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting in line with US GAAP and corporate standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics across regional sites.
• Promote strong financial discipline and data-driven decision making across leadership teams.

Controllership & Governance

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure the integrity of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax, treasury, statutory reporting, and external audits.
• Partner with HQ finance teams to align with global policies and reporting standards.

Operational Excellence

• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and working capital performance.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement programs across operations.
• Enhance inventory management, standard costing, and productivity tracking.
• Leverage financial analytics and system automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team.
• Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Significant senior finance leadership experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (>$100M turnover).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX-controlled environments.
• Broad finance expertise across FP&A, controllership, tax, treasury, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business performance.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge, with exposure to automation and process improvement.
• Analytical, commercially minded, and highly collaborative leader.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous
