Product Manager

What You’ll Do

AI-driven product enablement
Leverage AI tools to create and maintain a scalable suite of product documentation and assets. This includes API guides, technical one-pagers, onboarding materials, and internal knowledge content that stays aligned with ongoing product updates.

B2B product delivery & coordination
Track delivery of customer-driven requirements, monitor milestones, and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure timely execution of product commitments.

Partner onboarding & technical enablement
Support structured onboarding for enterprise partners by managing data collection workflows, enabling secure data exchange processes, and producing clear technical documentation to support integration and implementation.

Partner feedback synthesis
Gather and organize feedback from external stakeholders, translate unstructured inputs into actionable insights, and surface key themes to inform product prioritization and roadmap decisions.

Release & go-to-market support
Assist in the execution of product launches by preparing supporting materials, updating documentation repositories, and equipping internal teams with clear and accurate product messaging.

What We’re Looking For (Must Have)

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Product Operations, or Business Analysis
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI tools and applications
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions

Good to Have

• Understanding of API concepts (REST, JSON) and ability to interpret or draft API documentation
• Experience in B2B or partner-facing roles, especially onboarding or implementation work
• Awareness of data privacy and secure data-sharing practices
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into product recommendations
• Basic data analysis skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools
• Exposure to go-to-market processes and creation of supporting materials (e.g., product briefs, FAQs, decks)
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
