Position Summary
The Project Leader is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of complex and strategic projects. The role coordinates interdisciplinary, cross functional teams, maintains oversight of schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensures transparent reporting. With strong communication skills and organizational capability, the Project Leader fosters effective collaboration among all stakeholders and ensures adherence to quality, time, and cost objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Analysis and Review of Requirements
In collaboration with development, manufacturing, and sales departments, the Project Leader analyzes project requirements from product management and customers, assessing feasibility during the project preparation phase.
Definition and Coordination of Tasks
Within established project objectives, tasks are defined and coordinated across the project team. Technical leadership is provided to virtual, multifunctional, and multicultural teams, including the review and discussion of work results.
Coordination and Problem Management
Project workflows and contributing entities are monitored and steered, with deviations, bottlenecks, and organizational or technical issues identified proactively. Appropriate corrective actions are developed while considering both economic and technical constraints.
Development of Schedules and Timelines
Project schedules and timelines are developed in accordance with the Idea to Value Project Management Process, including relevant milestones, and are coordinated both internally and externally.
Project Documentation and Reporting
Project progress is continuously monitored, and all required documentation, reports, and decision making templates are created and maintained. Topics for steering committees are prepared with clear decision bases and recommendations.
Budget Monitoring
The project budget is managed and controlled, with cost deviations tracked and corrective measures implemented when necessary.
Stakeholder Communication
Strong relationships are built and maintained with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and senior management.
Risk Management
Project risks related to timelines, costs, and quality are identified, evaluated, and mitigated through appropriate measures.
Fostering Innovation
Innovation processes within the project team are supported, and the development of new ideas is encouraged.
Process Optimization
Improvement opportunities in existing processes are identified and implemented to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
• Over 10 years of professional experience in project management.
