Director, Controlling Global LS&E
Lead and coordinate controlling activities throughout the LS&E Division, act as a business partner to the BU organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring, planning, and forecasting of the Division P&L, including sales, SG&A and headcount.
- Actively participating on monthly reviews with the regions and then preparing and presenting BU results to the LS&E and Group management.
- Identifying and coordinating possible measures/actions to close gaps.
- Act as a true Business Partner for the BU Organization.
- Controlling of sales and profitability per customer, sales channels, product groups.
- Steering and controlling of regional and global BU projects.
- Various ad-hoc analysis such as new projects, profitability, make-or-buy etc.
- Ensure standard processes are followed in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Be in close touch with local controlling teams and support them on different activities.
- Review and steer BU actions impacting cash, such as overdues and payment terms.
- Work in close collaboration with President, BU Air and GVP, Finance & Controlling LS&E.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance and Accounting.
- Experiences: 10+ years in Controlling or Finance
- Required Skills: Strong experience with financial software and systems, SAP, BPC, BPS, SAC, MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Competencies:
- Conceptual, analytical, process driven mindset
- Conflict management, strong ability to drive topics and work in a team.
- Creative and innovative, looking for new solutions, thinking out of box.
- Willingness to understand and improve the business / business partnering skills.
- Good technical skills and solid understanding of processes.

- Languages: Fluent in both written and oral English.
