Senior Manager/Manager, Procurement (F&B)

Job description: Job Responsibilities • Create and implement long term sourcing strategies, KPIs and provide leadership to team of category buyers for Food & Beverage categories. • Manage sourcing and category management activities. • In charge of responsible procurement and driving initiatives for the organisation • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers • Build, mentor and guide team members to foster capabilities in delivering excellence in sourcing Job Requirements • Degree from reputable institution with 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team and meet tight timelines and KPIs • Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather technical requirements • Possesses strong analytical, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, business acumen and contract drafting skills • Resourceful and strong leader with good problem solving, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge in SAP/ Ariba S2P (Source to Pay) and Reverse Auction tool is a plus
