We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Operation Engineer to join our team in the operation of water reclaim, wastewater and ultrapure water systems.
Key responsibilities:
• Be stationed permanently at assigned operation sites.
• Operation and upkeep of water systems.
• Overall manage operation team manpower for operation duty.
• Plan schedule & liaise with vendor/supplier for the supply of chemicals and ensure sufficient chemical for continuous plant operation.
• Generate regular reports to clients, e.g., chemical consumption, calibration reports, equipment PM reports and monthly reports.
• Respond to emergency call for operation issues anytime.
• Troubleshooting of issues and recommend countermeasures or improvements.
• Optimization of operations chemical & energy consumption and manpower usage.
• Ensure efficient communications with clients, thus achieving the client’s satisfaction.
• Work with internal teams to achieve effective operations & maintenance.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or construction of water treatment facilities. Experience with ultra-pure water systems will be an advantage.
• Good technical aptitude to solve site issues.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team environment.
• Great customer relationship skills.
