What The Role Is You are responsible for planning and implementation of the training curriculum. What You Will Be Working On • Analyse operational requirements to identify training needs • Design and develop training solutions • Implement and evaluate training solutions Challenge(s) • Work closely with internal and external agencies to drive the Training Institute's training and learning pedagogy and transformation What We Are Looking For • Education in Training, Design, Learning or Development related fields • At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
