Enterprise Solution Architect (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Business Applications implementations. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in solution architecture, implementation governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale transformation delivery across complex, multi-geo environments.

Job Scope

• Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft Business Applications.
• Define solution vision, architecture, and implementation roadmaps aligned to client business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs.
• Drive solution design across modules such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights, customer onboarding workflows, and relationship manager workbench / CRM platforms.
• Provide architecture oversight for integrations, data migration, security model design, environments, and deployment strategy.
• Lead complex implementation programs across multi-country / multi-geo delivery environments.
• Manage solution governance to ensure delivery within budget, timeline, scope, and quality expectations.
• Partner with project managers, consultants, developers, and client leadership to resolve design and delivery challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to financial services or enterprise clients on digital transformation.
• Support pre-sales, workshops, solution estimation, and proposal development.
• Mentor delivery teams and build high-performing consulting and architecture capability.
• Ensure adoption of best practices in solution architecture and transformation execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and implementation issues early, and drive mitigation plans proactively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation using the latest Microsoft technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in CRM / enterprise applications delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end Dynamics system implementation programs in enterprise environments.
• With background in solution architecture and technical delivery leadership.
• Experience managing large, complex transformation programs across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated success working with senior business stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Consulting experience within systems integration, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Industry experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to manage business outcomes related to risk, budget, timelines, and transformation value realization.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Business Applications.
• Understanding of CRM solution design, business process mapping and transformation, integration architecture, data migration strategy, security and governance design, and environment and release management.
• Experience across customer-centric processes: Sales, Service, Marketing, Onboarding, and Relationship Management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem components such as Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure integration services.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and implementation methodologies.
