Head of Capital Raising / Director of Corporate Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned financing executive to lead our cross-border capital strategy and structure optimal funding solutions for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Border Capital Structure DesignArchitect comprehensive offshore financing solutions, overseeing syndicated loans (USD/EUR), project finance, and cross-border guarantee structures to minimize overall funding costs.
2. Offshore SPV ArchitectureDesign and implement offshore SPV frameworks, optimizing tax efficiency and regulatory compliance pathways (leveraging jurisdictions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Luxembourg).
3. Risk & Treasury ManagementManage external debt quotas, foreign exchange exposure, and cross-border cash pooling; collaborate with Finance to monitor and hedge currency/interest rate risks.
4. Investment Banking RelationsMaintain and deepen relationships with top-tier global investment banks, leading negotiations and execution of complex financing transactions.

Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements)

Education

Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Accounting from

Global Top 100 university,MBA/CFA/CPA/FRM required(at least one)

Industry Experience

Data center sector OR Real estate sector; proven track record inlarge-scale equity financing; strong relationships with global tier-1 banks

Previous Platform

Managing Director (MD) / Executive Director (ED) at international investment bank Real Estate group; OR Board Director at cross-border real estate fund; OR Head of Capital at leading developer
