A world well-known multinational organization is expanding its SEAA Digital Analytics team and hiring two Junior Data Analysts to support BAU reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data preparation activities.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid – 1–2 days WFH)
Reporting Line: Senior Data Analyst
Team Coverage: SEAA Region
Start Date: 1 July 2026

Role Overview

This role supports daily BAU analytics operations including reporting, data preparation, dashboard updates, and KPI tracking. The Junior Data Analyst will work closely with the Senior Analyst to ensure accurate and timely delivery of regional reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily reporting and dashboard maintenance
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and validation tasks
• Assist in KPI tracking and recurring reporting activities
• Update and maintain Power BI dashboards
• Support campaign performance tracking and reporting
• Ensure data quality checks across datasets
• Follow structured reporting and data processes

Requirements

• Basic experience with Databricks
• Strong SQL skills (intermediate level)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic Power BI knowledge
• Python is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
• Reliable execution and consistency in delivery
