Job Description:

Support team in implementing new platforms and capabilities, as well as maintaining current distribution platforms
Collaborate closely with Engineers, Business Analysts, Tech Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, understanding of business requirements, and prioritization of the backlog
Facilitate requirement discussions and review user stories to ensure business requirements are accurately captured
Oversee delivery quality by working closely with Technology and Quality Assurance teams during UAT reviews and sign-offs, ensuring operational readiness for each release.
Document and prioritise identified defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution
Support in preparing training materials and communications for new launches / releases to ensure business readiness and drive adoption
Monitor project progress, provide updates, and escalate risks and issues as needed, following up on actionable items and mitigations.
