Job Description:

Support the project to ensure prompt delivery and implementation with quality.
Participate in discussions with stakeholders and may propose solutions that will meet business objectives and document the solutions and business rules into the Business Requirement.
Collaborate with the stakeholders and team leads so that the agreed project timeline will not be impacted.
Translate the business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
Track and monitor the outstanding defects and work with Information Technology in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
Arrange & lead checkpoint discussions on defects with Information Technology, where needed.
Prepare training guides & train the stakeholders.
Perform post deployment verification of the system after implementation.
