You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing front desk responsibilities, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
• Manage inventory and order front office supplies
• Coordinate courier services when required
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements
• GCE 'O' Level / SPM / Nitec and above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
