Your role Investment Banking Corporate Actions -Data Management • responsible for data management which includes data scrubbing of MT564 and MT568 swifts received from custodians. • execute and support Corporate Actions voluntary events processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established risk and control standards. • liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, account management, custodians, internal and external counterparties to resolve breaks, clarify event details, and ensure effective execution. • works on multiple systems to perform complex corporate action processing, including creating and scrubbing announcements, sending client instructions to third parties, and, posting online cash and security transactions Job Type Full Time Job Reference # 334462BR City Singapore Your team You’ll be working in the Investment Banking Corporate Actions Team Singapore This role focuses primarily on the announcement of Corporate Actions through data scrubbing of MT564 and MT568 from our custodians. Your expertise You have: • 1+ years of experience in investment banking / Wealth Management Asset Servicing roles • have data scrubbing experience and is confident with large amount of swift reading Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude are welcome to apply.
