Your role Investment Banking Corporate Actions -Event Management Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple tasks with precision, and shines in a supportive role? We’re looking for someone like that to join our team: • Reconciliation and processing of APAC voluntary corporate actions, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of all related notifications, instructions and bookings. • Candidate will liaise and build relationships with various clients, account managers, trading desks, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk and offshore teams. • Manage the risk and controls of the corporate actions processes and continue to evolve/ streamline/ minimize risk across all voluntary events. There will be a lot of interaction and coordination with various operations teams across the regions in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise You have: • 1+ years of experience in investment banking / Wealth Management Asset Servicing roles • good analytical skills and keen eye for detail Fresh graduates with a good learning attitude are welcome to apply.
