Project Manager – Traffic Management System

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Traffic Management System project. This role will oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, stakeholder management, system integration, testing, and commissioning.

You will work closely with customer representatives, internal engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and coordination of large-scale systems projects.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and commissioning.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee project planning activities including budgeting, resource planning, hiring, and vendor management.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, resources, and quality control to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure proper documentation, change management, and configuration control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates, reporting, and governance reviews to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve project issues across technical and operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, cybersecurity standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in large-scale systems projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex systems integration projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, systems architecture, and project governance.
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience completing at least one full SDLC cycle in large-scale system development.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
