Job Description

Household Accounting and Finance Operations:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions related to household operations. This includes recording expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and monitoring available funds for household needs.

Expenditure Analysis & Compliance Monitoring:

• Establish proper procedures for monitoring and analyzing household expenditures.
• Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and potential overspending.
• Highlight red flags and provide recommendations to ensure spending remains aligned with budgetary expectations.
• Review the process to simplify yet keep the check and balance

Art Research & Acquisition Support:

• Conduct thorough research on artworks, artists, and art market movements.
• Monitor market trends to identify art pieces or collections with strong investment potential.
• Provide due diligence on proposed acquisitions, including valuation, provenance verification, and overall market desirability.
• Support the principals in making informed purchasing decisions.

Expenditure Analysis & Compliance Monitoring:

• Establish proper procedures for monitoring and analyzing household expenditures.
• Identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and potential overspending.
• Highlight red flags and provide strategic recommendations to ensure spending remains aligned with budgetary expectations.

Household Procurement and Logistics Process and System:

• Review household procurement system, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for goods and services.

Finance investment:

• Tracking, reporting, and verifying investment recommendations

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in finance/ accountancy/ business
• At least 10 years of relevant experience. Working experience in reputable private banking or business consultancy would be advantages.
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills – able to liaise with senior stakeholders.
