Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for digital service implementations.

You will analyse business requirements, design improved processes, and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and improved service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements through workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement.

• Map current and future state processes, focusing on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) capabilities.

• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.

• Analyse data, perform data mapping and support data migration and integration activities.

• Work closely with business users, technical teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation and deployment.

• Support testing, change management, training and user adoption activities.

• Monitor risks, track project progress and provide updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow implementations.

• Experience in ServiceNow platforms (CSM, PSDS, App Engine) and enterprise SaaS environments.

• Familiar with Agile methodologies, process automation and system integration.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in digital transformation or large enterprise environments is advantageous.
