Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the safe and timely delivery of large-scale commercial and civil building projects. The role covers end-to-end project management from planning through construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and completion to meet time, cost, and quality objectives

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders

• Conduct site inspections and chair progress meetings

• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements

• Prepare and present regular project progress reports

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing commercial building or large-scale civil projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and Singapore regulations

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in project management tools
