Investment Data Analyst | Bank | Contract

As an Investment Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to support investment strategies, portfolio optimization, and market research. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, research analysts, and risk teams to transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate financial and market data from internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor portfolio performance.
• Conduct quantitative analysis of investment opportunities, asset allocation, and risk exposures.
• Provide insights into market trends, economic indicators, and sector performance.
• Automate data workflows and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Partner with investment teams to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data governance policies.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Information System, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics in a financial services or asset management industry.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics tools.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of investment concepts, financial instruments, and portfolio management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
