Laboratory Engineer/Laboratory Solutions Engineer

This is a key role in a newly established Singapore technical hub. The Technical Support will ensure clients receive expert technical assistance for industrial and laboratory equipment while helping define operational workflows for the hub.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for industrial and laboratory equipment

• Conduct client training sessions whenever required

• Develop, document and implement technical procedures, best practices and operational standards

• Work closely with sales, marketing and laboratory teams to ensure smooth client experiences and operational efficiency

• Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation for internal and client use

• Assist in improving technical workflows and support frameworks

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in technical support or service engineering for industrial or technical equipment
• Hands-on problem-solving skills, independent, proactive and solution-oriented
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Strong communication and client service skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly
