Our client, a Top Prestigious International firm is seeking to recruit a Finance manager for their expanding team in Singapore.

Job details:

To handle the daily financial operations of the Singapore office daily
To oversee the Accounting and support the annual budgeting for the firm
To manage cash flow, forecasts, and be involved in SAR audits
To manage the full lifecycle of the billings and collections for the assigned fee-earners and client portfolios
Oversee GST application, credit notes, alternative fee arrangements, and rate updates
In-charge of financial reporting and to provide useful insights to the management to ensure overall profitability
To oversee invoice approvals, vendor onboarding, and payment processes
Manage client trust accounting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance is well adhered to
To monitor daily cash receipts and ensure accurate and timely application of payments
Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in accordance with IRAS requirements
To Work closely with global Finance teams to ensure alignment with firmwide policies and processes

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with a reputable educational institute
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in billing and general accounting within a law firm or professional services environment
Strong working knowledge of SAR (essential)
Experience with GST compliance and Singapore regulatory requirements is essential
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills preferred)
Experience with Elite 3E is an advantage
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong sense of accountability, discretion, and client service orientation
