Experience & Interface Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking an Experience & Interface Designer to create intuitive, user-centred digital interfaces across web and digital platforms. The role focuses on enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall user experience through thoughtful interaction design and strong visual execution.

Responsibilities

Experience Design

• Design user flows, information architecture, and interactive elements to ensure intuitive navigation and functionality.

• Create micro-interactions and motion designs to enhance user engagement and feedback.

Interface Design

• Develop visually appealing and functional interfaces for websites and applications.

• Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual assets aligned with branding guidelines.

• Apply appropriate colour palettes, typography, and layout principles to ensure clarity and visual hierarchy.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Produce low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.

Responsive & Accessible Design

• Ensure designs adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.

• Implement accessibility best practices to accommodate users with disabilities.

Design Systems & Documentation

• Develop and maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems for consistency.

• Document design decisions and specifications for product and engineering teams.

Usability Testing & Iteration

• Conduct or participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as an Experience Designer, Product Designer, or related role.

• Advanced degree, training, or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and visual design expertise.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams.

• Strong understanding of product design processes and emerging technologies.

• Demonstrated systems thinking, leadership capability, and experience in Agile environments.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
