Digital UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a Digital UX/UI Designer with strong experience in the FinTech domain to design intuitive, visually compelling digital products. The ideal candidate has a solid background in IT software applications, a strong grasp of graphic and web design, and hands‑on exposure to Web2 and/or Web3 design environments.

This role requires both strategic UX thinking and high‑quality UI execution, with a strong emphasis on visual design, illustration, and real‑world product use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end UX/UI solutions for web‑based and digital applications
• Translate business and product requirements into user‑centric design concepts
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs
• Produce high‑quality graphic and illustration assets aligned with brand and product needs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI standards, and style guides
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance best practices are met across digital platforms

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital UX/UI Designer
• Proven experience in the FinTech industry
• Strong background in IT software application design
• Well‑developed understanding of graphics, visual, and web design principles
• Experience designing Web2 platforms and/or minimum exposure to Web3 design
• Strong proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
• Ability to balance UX best practices with strong visual and illustration‑driven UI design

• Portfolio must clearly demonstrate: At least three (3) diverse, real‑world use cases, Strong involvement in graphic design and illustration work personally created by the candidate
