Product Manager

About the Role

Seeking a Product Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives, including AI-powered solutions and core business platforms serving Singapore’s business community. This role combines new product development with operational excellence to ensure secure, reliable, and citizen-centric digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies with business stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and experimentation to launch and optimisation.

• Ensure operational stability, service availability, and performance of live platforms.

• Manage product budgets, vendors, and procurement of required resources.

• Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics initiatives and reporting frameworks.

• Oversee security and compliance requirements (e.g., VAPT, SCR, SSAT) and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, marketing, legal, and finance teams.

• Manage governance, service levels, stakeholder engagement, and incident response processes.

Requirements

Essential

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, IT business analysis, or solution design.

• Experience in data-driven product initiatives or analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with security testing (VAPT, SCR) and compliance frameworks.

• At least 3 years working closely with engineers, designers, and product teams.

• Experience managing both product development and live service operations.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and product-centric development.

• Background in data analytics, BI, or data science initiatives.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in data handling.

• Certifications such as CITPM, PMP, CSM, or equivalent.

• Experience in government or regulated environments.
