Lead AI Engineer | Agentic AI & Enterprise AI Solutions | Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise scale AI and Agentic AI solutions.

This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who combines deep hands on AI engineering expertise with the ability to mentor teams, define architecture standards, and ensure production grade delivery.

What You Will Do

• Lead end to end technical design of AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures
• Guide and mentor AI & software engineers across full stack development
• Oversee LLM orchestration, RAG systems, and agent frameworks
• Drive integration with enterprise systems via APIs and secure middleware
• Define engineering standards (code quality, CI/CD, security, testing)
• Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and production ready
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive proof of concept initiatives
• Manage technical risks, fallback strategies, and model governance

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI and full-stack software engineering
• 2 to 3 years in a senior or technical lead capacity
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and SQL
• Experience designing LLM based and Agentic AI systems
• Hands on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Strong experience with RAG systems (embedding, vector storage, retrieval tuning)
• Experience integrating AI systems with REST APIs, gRPC, and secure middleware
• Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and enterprise security patterns
• Experience deploying scalable solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, DevSecOps practices
