Job Description

8+ years of experience in technology delivery, project delivery, agile delivery, or release management.

Strong hands-on experience as an Agile Release Engineer,Technical Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master in a scaled agile environment.

Good working knowledge of SAFe 6.0 framework and Agile Release Train execution.

Experience facilitating PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, retrospectives, release planning, and dependency management.

Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, agile engineering practices, release management, testing cycles, and production deployment.

Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, dependencies,and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams across business, product, engineering, QA, operations, and support functions.

Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar delivery tracking platforms.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks, unblock teams, and drive delivery outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe 6.0 certification such as SAFe Release Train Engineer,SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Practice Consultant.

Experience in customer experience, concierge services,loyalty platforms, travel services, digital service platforms, contact centre technology, or global service delivery environments.

Experience working with distributed teams across APAC,Europe, or global delivery locations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, integration delivery, CRM platforms, service management systems, or digital customer platforms willbe an advantage.
