Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and payments
Proven track record in delivering corporate payments, transaction banking, and digital channel initiatives
Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX; exposure to CBPR+ and payment modernization programs is advantageous
Knowledge of real-time payment rails, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation processes
Experience leading SIT/UAT and supporting end-to-end implementation delivery
Exposure to cloud-based solutions and API-driven architectures (functional/business perspective)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments
Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and senior leadership teams
Experience mentoring or guiding Business Analysts and working within global delivery models

Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end business analysis for digital banking and corporate payment transformation initiatives
Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and process re-engineering for payment workflows
Design end-to-end payment flows covering real-time, cross-border, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation scenarios
Define data mapping and message transformation for SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022, including CBPR+ migration support
Produce functional solution designs, interface specifications, and API integration requirements
Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and user journey artefacts using Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools
Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver solutions
