Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4)
Processing service requests related to job scheduling and Automation.
Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automation
Good knowledge of technologies in Unix, Java and Shell scripting
Good understanding and experience in IT Operation and their processes
Candidate must have exposure to technical requirement analysis, planning and coordination.
Knowledge and good exposure to Change & Release Management and Incident Management
