Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (10–12 years) with strong expertise in OpenText ECM solutions and proven experience in AML/KYC and regulatory compliance projects within the banking or financial services domain. The role involves leading requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation of ECM platforms supporting AML/KYC workflows and regulatory documentation management.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for OpenText ECM implementation and enhancement projects to deliver compliant and efficient content management solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements to ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs
- Drive solution design for AML/KYC onboarding, case management, and document workflows to optimize regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure ECM solutions meet regulatory frameworks and audit requirements
- Translate business requirements into ECM configuration and integration specifications to guide technical development and deployment
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployment activities to ensure successful solution delivery
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and effective project execution
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks and audit standards through rigorous documentation and process adherence
Required competencies and certifications
- 10–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking / Financial Services
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText ECM / Content Server
- Experience in AML, KYC, CDD, onboarding, or regulatory compliance projects
- Solid understanding of document management systems and workflow configuration
- Experience working in regulatory-driven environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills demonstrated through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in writing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), use cases, and process flows
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with case management and document lifecycle automation to enhance operational workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as MAS and FATF to support compliance initiatives
- Exposure to integration with core banking or risk systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation
