Woodlands / IT Infrastructure Support Engineer / Desktop Engineer / Junior (1-2 years experience ( Woodalnds ) X2

Job Scope: 

1. IT Infrastructure Support 

• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) 

• Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi 

• Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers) 

2. System Administration 

· Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions 

· Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies) 

· Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place 

Requirement 

• Nitec , Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
