CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ Project Manager / Senior Project Manager ( Construction / Main Con & General Building experience ) Good Pay +Good Bonus

·       Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

·       Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution

·       Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, implementing remedial actions as necessary

·       Manage procurement and logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations

·       Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients

·       Mentor and manage a team of site engineers and project coordinators

What we're looking for

·       Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects

·       Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex construction projects
