Product Manager (Solution Architect - AI) - 12 Months - S$Open

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Solution Architect - AI). This role is for a curious professional who uses Generative AI to create demos, coordinate projects, and connect external partners with engineering teams for seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Generative AI to build and maintain a scalable library of product assets, including technical one-pagers, API walkthroughs, and onboarding guides, ensuring external documentation stays current with internal code.  
• Track customer requirements, monitor delivery milestones, and proactively address blockers to meet product commitments on time.  
• Manage "Day 1" partner onboarding and technical enablement by overseeing data workflows, facilitating secure data-sharing, and creating technical documentation for seamless integration.  
• Collect, categorize, and prioritize technical feedback from external partners, transforming raw customer pain points into insights for Product Management team to refine the B2B roadmap.  
• Support product releases and go-to-market efforts by preparing marketing materials, updating internal knowledge bases, and enabling the commercial team with technical information.

Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of experience utilizing AI in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Product Operations, or Business Analysis, with a focus on B2B and partner-facing roles, particularly onboarding or implementation.  
• Familiar with API concepts (e.g., REST, JSON) and capable of creating or interpreting API documentation.  
• Knowledge of data privacy and security principles, including secure data-sharing practices, and experience using customer feedback tools to derive actionable insights.  
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards) to identify trends and support decision-making, along with understanding of go-to-market strategies and marketing material creation.  
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation and collaborate effectively across teams, with excellent communication skills.
