Finance Operations Manager(Distribution and Commission) - 6 - 12 Months Contract - up to SGD8.5k

We are looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager(Distribution and Commission). In this role, you will manage critical operations of timely booking of distribution and commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for managing the timely booking of distribution costs and accruals against production.  
• Responsible for managing the recognition of tie-up costs based on tie-up agreements, performance, and production.  
• Ensuring proper fund allocation for distribution costs.  
• Supporting the maintenance and updates of the health policy admin system mapping, including new mappings.  
• Managing health policy administration system errors and implementing system remediation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or a relevant professional accounting qualification.  
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.  
• Experienced in managing financial processes and reporting.  
• Knowledge of commission and distribution cost accounting is an added advantage.
