• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for development teams.
• Conduct business analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Perform research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions and process automation opportunities.
• Support AI initiatives by identifying use cases and assisting in integrating AI capabilities into business processes.
• Leverage previous development experience to bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze data and provide insights using reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence platforms.
• Work with data teams to define data requirements, data quality standards, and reporting solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, solution recommendations, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and solution reviews.
• Collaborate with offshore and USA-based teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Understand and support applications and processes within the Real Estate and Construction domain.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), requirement validation, and change management activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization across business processes.
• Work closely with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and governance standards are maintained.
• Drive continuous improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives through strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Provide functional support and clarify requirements during development and implementation phases.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Previous software development background with strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in AI processes, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Domain experience in Real Estate or Construction industry will be highly advantageous.
• Strong research capabilities and ability to prepare business proposals and solution recommendations.
• Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly USA-based teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications is an added advantage.
